Our Process
Every exterior detail starts with a thorough hand wash using aviation-grade soap and deionized water. We use soft microfiber wash media to prevent surface marring and ensure paint protection. Our wash process addresses the entire airframe including wing surfaces, empennage, landing gear, and wheel wells.
Aircraft belly areas accumulate hydraulic fluid, exhaust soot, and environmental contaminants. Our degreasing process uses aviation-approved solvents that safely remove these contaminants without damaging paint or sealants. Particular attention is paid to exhaust staining, gear well residue, and hydraulic leak patterns.
Exposed metal surfaces — spinners, exhaust stacks, leading edge boots, and trim — receive specialized polishing treatment. We use metal-specific compounds that restore shine without removing protective coatings or altering surface tolerances.
